The services are provided by ADVANCED LINKING PTE. LTD ("we," "us," "our," or "MrGhost"). By accessing, using, installing, or downloading MrGhost products and services, you ("User" or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal agreement between you and MrGhost. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of MrGhost products and services.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any provision herein, do not access, install, download, or use our services.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to the Agreement; (ii) you have read and understand the Agreement; and (iii) you agree and consent to the Agreement on behalf of the party that you represent.

MrGhost offers virtual private network ("VPN") services to enhance your internet security and privacy. By encrypting your data connection, a VPN prevents third parties from monitoring your online activities. MrGhost allows you to connect to various VPN servers globally to maintain the privacy of your location.

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account, including those by individuals who access it with or without your permission. While we do not log or store user activity records, account creation requires basic information like an email address and password. For premium services subscriptions through our website, additional details such as billing information and address are needed. It is your duty to keep this information up-to-date, truthful, complete, and accurate. You confirm that you have the authority to provide this information and permit us to verify it at any time. If the information is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password, and restrict access to your account. Sharing your password or account access information with others is prohibited, and you are responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account, username, or password. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

MrGhost services are not directed at or intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

MrGhost may revise these Terms occasionally without prior notice. All users of MrGhost Services are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the most current wording of the Terms, which are always accessible on the Site. Unless specified otherwise, updates take effect immediately upon being published.

By continuing to use the Services after these changes are implemented, you agree to and accept the updated Terms. Please review the Terms periodically to stay informed of the current rules and obligations. MrGhost is committed to your privacy and does not log browsing history, traffic destinations, data content, DNS queries, or IP addresses. We only collect personal information such as your name, email, and payment details during registration as needed to provide our Services.

MrGhost may offer content from Third Parties or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability or content of these Third-Party resources, as they are outside our control and may have their own terms and policies. Accessing third-party websites or content through our Services does not imply any affiliation or relationship with those Third Parties.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MrGhost grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download and use the Services worldwide. Any unauthorized modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or use of the Services not MrGhostly permitted by MrGhost is prohibited.

You may not use any material protected by MrGhost's intellectual property rights without explicit written consent from MrGhost. Nothing in these Terms or related to the Services implies any license or right to MrGhost's intellectual property.

By subscribing to MrGhost Services, you agree to the subscription plan and period you select. Detailed plans and pricing are available on our Website and Apps. We may modify subscription fees or introduce new charges, providing reasonable notice via our Website, Apps, or email. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the Services. Any fee changes will not affect your current subscription period but may be applied upon renewal at our discretion.

Subscriptions automatically renew by default, with renewal fees charged to your payment method within 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid automatic renewal, you must disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription term through your Account Settings.

We may verify credit/debit card payments before completing purchases and reserve the right to retry failed payments, use updated payment information, or change payment processors as needed. Changes to subscription fees or terms will be communicated in advance.

If you purchased MrGhost VPN directly from our Website, you are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee does not apply to auto-renewed subscriptions if you cancel after the renewal charge date, unless required by applicable law. Refund requests beyond 30 days will be considered at MrGhost's discretion if you demonstrate that the Service was not available or usable and that reasonable attempts were made to resolve the issue. In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be provided for the period when the Service was unusable.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refunds are subject to Apple's App Store Refund Policy. You must request refunds directly through the App Store. Refunds for Google Play Store purchases are also subject to the Google Play Refund Policy. Pro-rata refunds may be granted if the Service was not usable during the subscription period, provided that reasonable attempts were made to resolve the issue.

If you purchased the Service from a third-party platform, your subscription is subject to that platform's refund policies. Please contact the respective platform support for assistance.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase, except as otherwise agreed. Payments made with cryptocurrency will be refunded in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of refund. Prepaid cards and gift cards may not be eligible for refunds if their providers do not support it. Refunds will be processed promptly, and you will lose access to the Services once the refund is issued.

Do not delete your account before completing the refund process, as this will result in the loss of all account information and may prevent us from processing your request.

You have the right to delete your account at any time, regardless of membership status. Upon deletion, all active membership benefits will be terminated, and no charges will be made for the next subscription period. Account deletion is irreversible, all associated data will be permanently lost. Users may create a new account after deletion, but the new account will be treated as entirely separate, with no access to data or benefits from the deleted account.

We do not condone any unlawful use of our Services. You agree not to use our Services for any criminal, illicit, or illegal activities, and you must comply with all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to any laws relevant to your use of the Services and the jurisdictions you operate in. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Services or any part thereof to any person, entity, geographic area, or jurisdiction at any time.

To protect the Services from misuse or harm, we may take appropriate measures if the Services are used in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You agree that we may terminate your account or take other legal actions as permitted by law without refunding any payments made if you misuse the Service.

You accept that your use of the Site and/or Services is at your own risk.

The coverage, speed, server locations, and quality of the VPN service may fluctuate. While MrGhostVPN will strive to keep the Services available continuously, various factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party failures, transmission or network issues, interference, or signal strength, may cause interruptions or limitations. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or misdirection of data, messages, or pages due to these interruptions or performance issues. We may, at our discretion, impose usage limits, suspend Services, terminate Accounts, or block certain types of usage to protect MrGhostVPN, its Subscribers, or the Services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data received, and delays or omissions may occur.

MrGhostVPN retains the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove, block, filter, or restrict any content or information that we believe violates these Terms or could potentially expose MrGhostVPN or its users to liability. This includes the right to terminate your Account or take other legal actions as permitted by law. We disclaim any liability for our failure to prevent such content or information from being transmitted through the Services or onto your device.

MrGhost does not guarantee that the Service or its content is error-free or accurate and makes no claims about its technical performance or current status. Service coverage, speed, location, and quality may vary. You acknowledge that, despite meeting industry standards, antivirus technology cannot eliminate all malware. Use of the Services is at your own risk, and MrGhost is not liable for any errors or issues.

Occasionally, third-party software may be included with the Services, provided with the relevant copyright holder's permission and according to their terms.

MrGhost and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits, even if warned of potential damages. This does not apply where prohibited by law. MrGhost's liability will not exceed the amount you paid and does not cover attorney fees or court costs.

Limitation of liability You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpressVPN and its affiliates, including officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services or any violation of the Agreement. ExpressVPN may, at its discretion, take over the defense of any indemnified matter, but this does not relieve you of your indemnity obligations.

When using our services, you may need to download and install our software on your device. The following terms apply:

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal license to install and use the software on your device. You may not create similar products or copy the features and designs of our services or website.

If the software is downloaded from the Apple App Store, the license is limited to Apple devices you own, in accordance with Apple’s media service terms.

The software is licensed, not sold. You don’t own it, and all rights remain with us unless stated otherwise. You cannot use trademarks similar to those owned by MrGhost or its affiliates.

You grant MrGhost and its affiliates the permanent right to use any feedback you provide, without compensation or obligation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law.

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, You agree to negotiate with MrGhost to attempt to resolve it. If the dispute is not resolved through those negotiations, you agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for final settlement. The venue of the arbitration shall be Singapore and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
